Key Objective — Educating Rural Masses
BLDEA's New Arts and Commerce College, Tikota was started in 1969 by Sri B. M. Patil with a clear purpose — to bring quality higher education within reach of the rural masses.
The college earned recognition from the University Grants Commission (UGC) in 1977 and is affiliated to Rani Channamma University. Spread across roughly ten acres, the campus offers modern educational infrastructure in a calm, learning-focused environment near Vijayapura, Karnataka.
Students are encouraged to take part in extracurricular activities alongside their studies, developing both academically and personally. The college offers undergraduate courses in Arts and Commerce with different subject combinations as prescribed by the University syllabus.
